The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

What do you base your price off of?

Prices are strictly decided through a scheduled in-person estimate. All prices are based off of the precise work being provided (Ex: Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.) and how often the services will be required. (Ex: Once, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Once A Month, etc.)
How many personnel should be excepted for the service?

Every client will be provided with a total of 2-3 cleaners per house. The preference is usually 2 cleaners. One cleaner focuses on cleaning the bedrooms, hallways, living room, dinning room, and offices. The other cleaner focuses on cleaning all bathrooms and kitchen. We do this to ensure a fast and efficient cleaning.
How much does it cost for an estimate?

Estimates are free of charge and should only take a few minutes. We provide this service to ensure all our clients recieve a proper price.
Do you only provide standard cleaning services?

We provide a plethora of services ranging from your standard cleanings to deep cleanings and commercial cleanings. Each type of cleaning service comes with its own unique perks and price. However, additional work such as exterior window cleanings, interior refrigerator cleanings, and other tedious tasks come with additional charges.

Payments Accepted

Cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle are our main payment methods. For clients who decide to pay in cash, a company designed envelope is provided to them.

Cancellation Policy

If a client decides to cancel a scheduled appointment, they are obligated to contact us 24 hours prior to the appointment. If we have already begun the cleaning/finished cleaning, the customer cannot cancel or reschedule that appointment anymore.
